The Consulate General will apply the new visa fees effective 1 January 2012.
Starting form 5th Apr 2010, the visa fee for children form 6 to 12 years old is Euro 35, this regulation is only for Schengen visa (up to 90 days).

3) Parent dependent of a EU Citizen or of his/her spouse.
4) Any other family member within the fourth generation provided that he/she is
either dependent or living together with a EU Citizen or that due to serious
matters the latter has to personally take care of him/her.
5) Partner proving to have a stable and registered partnership with EU Citizen.
