Please note that applicants who have not attended the
interview (No Show) can collect the refund of visa fee within 90 days from the
date of interview. Failing to reach within 90 days, Italy Visa Application
Centre Shanghai will not be responsible for the refund of visa fee.
Visa Fee Information (Effective from Jan. 1, 2012)
Starting from Jan. 1, 2012, the visa fee for children from 6 to
12 years old is RMB 302, this regulation is only for Schengen visa (up to 90
days).

Due to EU visa facilitation negotiations with the following countries, the
previous fee of 35 EUR (302rmb) for a Schengen Visa will be levied of passport
holders from: Russia, Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia,
Montenegro, Serbia (incl. Kosovo) and Moldova. Applications for National visa
application from citizens of the same Countries will be charged 105 euro
(906rmb)
The following categories are exempted from visa fee :
children under six years
school pupils, students post graduate students and accompanying teachers who
undertake trips for purpose of study or educational training
researchers from third countries traveling within the European Community for
scientific research purpose
